Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully clean the knife and place it back into its original wooden saya or gift box, ensuring all protective tip guards are securely in place.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned tool for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
